Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We accept returns for new/sealed vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, merch, and accessories within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.

How to request a return: Email us at contact@trackcityrecords.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.

We cannot accept returns on opened records, worn apparel, or sale items.
