Preorder Policy

Preorders let you reserve upcoming new vinyl and merch before release.

• Payment: Charged at checkout to secure your copy
• Release Dates: May change depending on the label or distributor.
• Shipping: Preorders ship as soon as the release arrives from the distributor. Orders with multiple items will ship together unless requested otherwise.
• Local Pickup: Available once the preorder item arrives in-store. You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for pickup.
• Cancellations: You may cancel a preorder before the release date for a full refund.
• Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
